GUIDELINES
- Many precautionary restrictions are still in place and only individuals with a confirmed badge will be allowed in the conference/exhibit area. Therefore, at this time, no edits to exhibitor names can be made.
- Exhibitors will be provided an official meeting badge with their name. This badge must be worn at all times while in the designated meeting spaces. If you misplace your badge, due to protocols in place, a replacement badge will not be provided and you will not be able to enter the designated meeting spaces. Only authorized participants and registered exhibitors with a meeting badge will be allowed in the designated spaces.
- No corporate badges/logos may be worn in the conference areas.
- Due to limited capacity, please limit handouts to 150 per day or utilize a digital/electronic option.
- Storage and Shipping: You must make your own arrangements to transport materials to and from the venue. Storage and package handling charges, if applicable, will need to be arranged with and paid directly to The Westin South Coast Plaza. Movement of your meeting material boxes to the exhibit hall must be arranged directly with the hotel prior to arrival. Please have all shipping labels for the return of your packages completed before the breakdown on Sunday, October 27, 2024, and arrange shipping with the hotel. Access Shipping Instructions

Please plan accordingly, no exceptions can be made to set-up times and hotel is not authorized to arrange for additional set-up times. Be sure to bring all necessary items to set up your table (Including but not limited to tape, scissors, pen etc.)
- Important:
- The 6ft table top exhibit should be as ecofriendly and compact as possible. There is limited space and storage in the area around or underneath the table, as there may be movement to ensure space for meals, poster boards, other exhibits and networking.
- Do not leave any valuables at the exhibit table.
