The 2026 Annual Advances and Innovations in Endoscopic Oncology and Multidisciplinary Gastrointestinal Cancer Care welcomes submissions from fellows in all disciplines involved in the care of the GI oncology patients, such as Gastroenterology, GI Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Interventional Radiology, and Palliative Care.

Selected cases will be included in the program. Presenters will provide a 5-minute oral presentation and then lead a multidisciplinary case discussion with a Moderator. 

Submission Guidelines:

•    One-page summary of the case, in PDF format, must be uploaded (via submission portal below) by June 30, 2026 for review and consideration.

  • Format:

    • Imaging
    • Controversy in Management
    • Multidisciplinary Questions
    • Final Outcome

•    PHI: Explicit patient information of any kind is strictly prohibited.
          Any referenced patient, if applicable, should be de-identified by removing name, birthdate, EMR#, photos, etc.
•    Brand Names & Logos: Industry/commercial/product brand names and logos of any kind are strictly prohibited.

If selected, the course director will work with the fellow to help them prepare for the presentation. Cases focusing on multidisciplinary care will be prioritized.

Disclosures

As required by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, all educational planners, presenters, instructors, moderators, authors, reviewers and other individuals in a position to control or influence the content of an activity must disclose all financial relationships with an ineligible company (the ACCME defines an “ineligible company” as any entity producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients) that have occurred within the past 24 months.

For initial case submission purposes, submitters will simply need to indicate whether they have or do not have disclosures.

IF Clinical Case is accepted for inclusion in the program, presenters with disclosures will be required to complete & submit a Conflict of Interest Form, and may require a Stakeholder Attestation Form. 
CME will provide additional details, if necessary.
