2022 Pediatric Grand Rounds | Real World Kymriah Outcomes Among Children and Young Adults

Duarte, CA US
February 24, 2022

Outcomes from Kymriah therapy are restricted to results from clinical trials and case reports. The Pediatric Real World CAR Consortium (PRWCC) compiled multi-site retrospective data for outcomes of pediatric and young adult patients with leukemia who were treated with Kymriah outside the bounds of a clinical trial.

As the lead of the PRWCC, Dr Liora Schultz will provide pediatric and young adult oncologists with an update on commercially available Kymriah (CD19-directed CAR T) outcomes among children and young adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemian (ALL). This will provide an insight on if people do as well in the “real world” as they do on a clinical trial.

Target Audience

City of Hope Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Physicians, Advance Practice Practitioners, City of Hope staff and research teams.

Learning Objectives
